About The Position

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join the team at Kalaloch Lodge in Forks, Washington. The Maintenance Supervisor oversees repairs and replaces facility mechanical, cosmetic, and operational equipment. The role includes maintaining electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems and equipment, as well as performing general building and grounds upkeep. Kalaloch Lodge is located in Olympic National Park near the coast, the Hoh Rainforest, and Sol Duc Hot Springs.

Requirements

Experience as a supervisor in a similar role.
At least 3 years of maintenance experience.
General knowledge of using simple equipment used in building trades.
A valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle in inclement weather.
Manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools and paint.
Ability to stand, crouch, and climb ladders to perform repairs.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Ability to work outdoors in all seasons.

Nice To Haves

Maintenance experience with HVAC and general trades such as carpentry, electrical, landscaping, and plumbing for overall hotel upkeep.

Responsibilities

Oversee the operation of all electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, services, and equipment.
Perform carpentry, painting, and track operations.
Ensure tools and equipment are in working order and keep the maintenance room neat.
Conduct inventories and complete paperwork, work orders, and logs.
Participate in fire prevention and other life safety programs.
Report accidents, injuries, and property damage to the supervisor.
