About The Position
A salaried Hotel Maintenance Supervisor leads the engineering team in maintaining a property's physical plant, guest rooms, and public areas. They ensure all systems operate efficiently, handle preventative maintenance, and enforce safety standards to minimize downtime and elevate the guest experience.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License (Required).
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities with a guest-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Direct and perform detailed repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative upkeep inside all guest rooms.
- Oversee the continuous cleaning, repair, and aesthetic maintenance of lobbies, hallways, and public spaces.
- Manage landscaping, exterior upkeep, debris removal, and overall curb appeal of the property.
- Ensure daily testing, chemical balancing, filtration management, and strict sanitation of the swimming pool facilities.
- Train staff, manage departmental budgets, and enforce compliance with local building codes and OSHA regulations.
