About The Position

The Maintenance Supervisor / Leader serves as the primary administrative and field leadership focal point for maintenance operations, personnel, and contract service. This role is responsible for the safe, reliable, and cost-effective execution of maintenance work, providing a critical interface between Maintenance and Operations while managing both internal resources and external service contracts. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing, and enhance modern life.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
10+ years of experience in a Chemical manufacturing/processing facilities.
Experience with safe maintenance practices for Process Safety Managed (PSM) facilities.
Experience with and working knowledge of chemical facility equipment including reactors, filtration systems, and instrumentation.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (SAP is preferred)
Experience leading teams or projects.

Responsibilities

Supervise the Maintenance Department and its function including Lubrizol employees and contractors on site.
Lead and Model safety-first and best practice behavior.
Provide On-Call troubleshooting of Plant equipment issues / problems.
Lead, communicate, coordinate, and collaborate with all of our departments especially our operations shifts.
Assist in Maintenance planning; parts inventory and ordering; budget.
Coordinate & supervise external service vendors.
Communicate through meetings, Maintenance Tier Meeting & Plant Tier Meeting.
