This role, also referred to as a Facilities Manager, is crucial for maintaining, fixing, repairing, replacing, refurbishing, and restoring community assets for residents. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of daily apartment maintenance, emergency repairs, unit turnovers, and executing the asset preservation objectives set by ownership, ensuring everything remains in working order.

Requirements

  • Supervisory experience in property management (current or previous)
  • Minimum of two+ years in the multifamily industry
  • At least one+ year of supervisory background leading a commercial or residential Maintenance and Grounds team
  • Deep commitment to apply your very best in both high-energy and emergency environments
  • Ability to remain calm in the face of disaster
  • Knowledge of computers, namely Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Skilled in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, and appliance repair and installation
