About The Position

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Landon Pointe, a 276-unit apartment community in Orlando, Florida. The role is responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the physical property and for leading the maintenance staff. The supervisor helps keep the property safe and in good repair, supports apartment turnover, and performs maintenance work throughout the community. Requirements

Advanced knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair.
A valid driver's license and insurance may be required.

Nice To Haves

Three to five years of previous maintenance experience is preferred.
HVAC and EPA experience is preferred.
CPO certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Train, direct, motivate, and assist site maintenance personnel and other staff as assigned.
Monitor the property for repairs or replacements that may be needed.
Complete work requests in common areas and apartment units.
Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
Assess and repair appliances as needed.
Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
Perform occasional on-call duties.
Create and maintain a safe work environment.
