About The Position
Gateway Management Company is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Meribel apartment community located in Weaverville, NC. This position is responsible for performing various maintenance duties necessary to maintain, repair and improve our apartment communities. In addition, they work with management to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the company.
Requirements
- Two plus years of verifiable maintenance experience.
- HVAC certification and working experience required.
- Proof of Car Insurance and a valid driver's license is required.
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently.
Nice To Haves
- EPA Certification preferred.
