We're looking for a 2nd shift Maintenance Supervisor role in our frozen desserts plant in Stilwell, OK. In this role you will guide a team of maintenance technicians to manage 2nd shift maintenance operations specific to our plant premises and line production equipment. Typical hours are Monday-Friday from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Requirements

  • High School diploma; 2-year degree or 4-year degree preferred, or relevant maintenance/trade school certifications.
  • 4+ years of maintenance experience, with 2+ years guiding a team (whether a Lead or Supervisor role).
  • Knowledge and skills in the technologies of fasteners, lubrication, mechanical drive systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, fabrication, electrical power systems, electrical control systems, production/process, refrigeration, boilers, HVAC, and computerized maintenance management systems.
  • Basic PC skills including expertise with MS Office and Outlook. SAP experience beneficial.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of food plant production and processing equipment preferred.
  • Knowledge of occupational hazards, safety, and EPA regulations; FDA and sanitation standards preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a safe work environment and full compliance with company, state, and federal safety regulations.
  • Lead and prioritize daily maintenance activities (preventive, corrective, and reactive) to support production needs.
  • Monitor and drive maintenance KPIs, equipment reliability, and root cause problem-solving efforts.
  • Oversee equipment repairs, outages, contractors, and vendor work execution.
  • Manage maintenance budget, CMMS compliance (SAP PM or equivalent), and spare parts availability.
  • Improve shop organization and equipment condition through 5S, CIL, and defect elimination practices.
  • Develop, coach, and manage maintenance team members, including hiring and performance management.
  • Promote adherence to company values, policies, and standards of conduct.

  • The base salary range for this position is $68,000 to $113,000 annually, with eligibility for a 10 % annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance.
