The Maintenance Technical Lead responsibilities include but not limited to: Plan, coordinate, prioritize, assign, supervise, implement and review maintenance and repair activities to automotive testing equipment, facility equipment and buildings in support of ongoing operations. Oversee and direct the activities of a small multi-trade maintenance crew to complete required tasks in a safe and timely manner. Comply with the collective bargaining agreement, Canadian Electrical Code, TSSA, corporate policies and other applicable regulations in the organization and execution of maintenance activities. Develop maintenance strategies, programs and make improvements to existing policies. Troubleshoot automated testing system issues and determine corrective actions. Oversee a preventative maintenance program for automotive testing equipment and facilities. Procure parts, material and rentals required to complete maintenance tasks. Track data for performance measurable such as Preventative Maintenance task completion, overtime, etc. Maintain good supplier/customer relations with internal customers and outside suppliers. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of materials and equipment.
