About The Position

Requirements

• 3–5 years in industrial maintenance; wood products and supervision preferred.
• Proficiency with CMMS/computer applications; safety regulations knowledge.

Nice To Haves

• Post-secondary education or journeyman certification is an asset.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Results-driven and able to prioritize under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the maintenance crew, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Oversee and optimize maintenance activities using CMMS.
• Ensure equipment reliability through planning and troubleshooting.
• Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Coordinate maintenance projects and budgets.
