Maintenance Supervisor
About The Position
HILLS Properties is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor at our luxury apartment community, Reserve at Miller Farm, in Centerville, Ohio! As a Maintenance Supervisor, you play a key role as team leader and team member; leading by example, developing associates and managing the needs of the asset and residents, all while upholding our reputation and high standards of customer service. At HILLS, the Maintenance Supervisor is an individual who is fully accountable for leading with respect and a purpose to enhance the value and integrity of the property; embracing the mission and values of the company which maintain HILLS as a great place to live and work!
Requirements
- HVAC certified
- Have a minimum of 2 years residential property management maintenance supervisory experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- A keen eye for attention to detail for entire community.
- First-hand knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and small appliance repair required.
- Must have superior communication & customer service skills.
- On call hours required.
Responsibilities
- Leading maintenance team
- Maintaining and elevating the community/asset
- Managing/supporting the timely completion of all maintenance and turnover needs, in accordance with company standards
- Manage successful vendor relationships
- Training and development of associates
- Building and maintaining customer loyalty and brand reputation
- Embracing HILLS mission, vision and values by demonstrating a professional and positive outlook with teammates, residents, vendors, and future residents
