Purpose Supervise and support maintenance operations across EFCO’s Des Moines Manufacturing and Warehouse facilities. Maintain inventory, coordinate parts procurement, and process maintenance requests. Serve as a frontline representative of management on the shop floor while providing leadership to maintenance personnel and ensuring effective communication, timely repairs, and cost-efficient operations.
