Purpose Supervise and support maintenance operations across EFCO’s Des Moines Manufacturing and Warehouse facilities. Maintain inventory, coordinate parts procurement, and process maintenance requests. Serve as a frontline representative of management on the shop floor while providing leadership to maintenance personnel and ensuring effective communication, timely repairs, and cost-efficient operations. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or two years in a related technical field preferred.
  • Relevant experience in a maintenance or supervisory role required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CMMS software.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with familiarity in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must work effectively under pressure and exercise sound judgment.
  • Must be able to squat, lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
