Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Availability for 24-hour, on-call maintenance upon schedule.
  • Must carry an owned smartphone device.
  • Experience overseeing additional maintenance team personnel and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Overall maintenance, including planning, coordinating, budgeting, organizing and maintaining the physical needs of the property.
  • Perform and lead the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments.
  • Overseeing additional maintenance team personnel and responsibilities.
