Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.
Reliable transportation.
Availability for 24-hour, on-call maintenance upon schedule.
Must carry an owned smartphone device.
Experience overseeing additional maintenance team personnel and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Overall maintenance, including planning, coordinating, budgeting, organizing and maintaining the physical needs of the property.
Perform and lead the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments.
Overseeing additional maintenance team personnel and responsibilities.
