We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor who knows how to keep things running, keep a team motivated, and keep residents happy. At Ascott Place Apartments, you won’t just manage maintenance—you’ll own it. This is a working supervisor role—you’ll be in the field with your team leading the way.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of apartment maintenance experience (including work orders and unit turns)
  • EPA Universal Certification (required)
  • Strong skills across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
  • Ability to lead by example and hold a team accountable
  • Organized, reliable, and solutions-driven mindset
  • Someone who takes pride in their work and their community

Responsibilities

  • Lead and work alongside your maintenance team to complete service requests and unit turns efficiently
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and general building systems
  • Keep the community safe, clean, and fully operational every day
  • Manage make-ready inventory to keep leasing on track
  • Coordinate vendors, control costs, and stay on budget
  • Set the standard for quality, speed, and professionalism
