This role is in charge of overseeing our industrial maintenance program. Resolving mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems with a variety of production and facility equipment is the responsibility of the maintenance supervisor. Ready to make an impact? Requirements
- High School Diploma preferred.

- Preference will be given to applicants with a degree in Industrial Maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a maintenance program that includes electrical and mechanical systems preventative maintenance.
- Setting shift schedules and maintenance assignments.
- Developing maintenance policies and procedures.
- Maintaining and emphasizing ideal plant conditions and standards.
- Supervising maintenance workers and contract employees.
- Direct employees to follow all safety practices set forth by OSHA.
- Direct employees to follow all Food Safety Programs.
- Responding to equipment breakdowns.
- Diagnosing faults in equipment.
- Repairing equipment mechanical and electrical issues.
- Managing supplies, tools and equipment.
- Interface effectively with external suppliers, customers and etc.
