Requirements

3+ years prior apartment maintenance experience.
Intermediate to advanced experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
Energetic, self-motivated individual who is able to work as a team.
Intermediate to advanced experience with apartment maintenance; appliance troubleshooting, drywall, and painting.
Must have a pleasant and professional demeanor at all times.
Must have reliable transportation to get to work and respond to on-call emergencies.
Availability for emergency situations at the property, including an on-call rotation.
