The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee a team of Maintenance Technicians, ensuring timely completion of work orders, managing vendor relationships, handling supply orders, overseeing apartment turns, addressing service requests, and maintaining the overall condition of the apartment community.

Requirements

• HVAC knowledge
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Background in plumbing, electrical, and drywall
• Appliance repair skills
• Experienced with apartment turns
• Ability to contact and negotiate with vendors
• Knowledge of residential repairs
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment, and more
• Organizational skills
• Available for emergency on-call rotation
