About The Position

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating all industrial maintenance activities within a manufacturing or production facility. This role ensures equipment reliability, minimizes downtime, and maintains a safe working environment by supervising maintenance technicians and overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Hours: 7:30am-3:30pm with overtime work opportunities

Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and mentor a team of industrial maintenance technicians and mechanics
Plan, schedule, and assign preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
Ensure maximum uptime of production equipment, machinery, and facility systems
Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Coordinate emergency repairs to minimize production disruptions
Develop and maintain preventive maintenance (PM) programs
Review and improve maintenance procedures for efficiency and cost control
Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
Manage maintenance inventory, spare parts, and vendor relationships
Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports using CMMS systems
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling maintenance expenses
Support capital improvement projects and equipment installations
