About The Position

KMG Prestige is seeking a driven Maintenance Supervisor to join their team at Strong Future Apartments in Ypsilanti, MI. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys new challenges, leads by example, and is committed to providing superior customer service and maintaining the property to ensure resident satisfaction. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee a team of Maintenance Technicians, manage work order completion, liaise with vendors, handle supply ordering, oversee apartment turns, address service requests, and ensure the overall maintenance of the apartment community.

Requirements

• HVAC knowledge
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Background in plumbing, electrical, and drywall
• Appliance repair skills
• Experienced with apartment turns
• Ability to contact and negotiate with vendors
• Knowledge of residential repairs
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment, and more
• Organizational skills
