Maintenance Supervisor needed for a 300-unit Class A Apartment Community in Homewood, AL. Must have two to three years of apartment maintenance supervisor experience. EPA and CPO certifications are required. On-call rotation with $100 bonus. Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC etc. Competitive pay, bonus and benefits. Full background verification.
