About The Position

KMG Prestige is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team in Pontiac, MI. This role is responsible for overseeing a team of Maintenance Technicians, ensuring timely completion of work orders, collaborating with vendors, managing supply orders, handling apartment turnovers, addressing service requests, and maintaining the overall apartment community. The ideal candidate will be driven, lead by example, and focus on creating happy residents through superior customer service and property upkeep.

Requirements

• HVAC knowledge
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Background in plumbing, electrical, and drywall
• Appliance repair skills
• Experienced with apartment turns
• Ability to contact and negotiate with vendors
• Knowledge of residential repairs
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment, and more
• Organizational skills
• Available for emergency on-call rotation
