This position involves performing maintenance execution job functions under limited supervision, assisting and supporting management of the site maintenance execution management process. This includes ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and established procedures. The role may involve planning, scheduling, and organizing work to optimize employee utilization and meet contract requirements, quality standards, and budgetary guidelines. It also requires ensuring adequate staffing levels for effective work execution, instructing employees on methods and expectations, and providing leadership and motivation. The position involves interfacing with internal and external groups, senior management, client representatives, and auditors. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, providing direction, training, and evaluation of subordinate personnel, and assisting with the development or review of plans, policies, and procedures. Maintaining positive employee relations and group supervision/administration are key. The role may involve presentations to senior management and understanding/performing methods and processes. For Maintenance Supervisor II, the scope extends to medium to large maintenance projects, while for Maintenance Supervisor I, it's for small to medium projects. A working knowledge of project procedures related to safety, work permitting, work order systems, planning, scheduling, and preventative/predictive maintenance is required. The role may involve serving as the company's on-site representative with the client and performing duties of limited (Supervisor I) or complex (Supervisor II) nature. Safety is paramount, requiring adherence to all approved safety policies, procedures, and regulations, with a responsibility for the safety of supervised personnel.
