About The Position
Estrella at Seminary Apartments is now hiring for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor HVAC in Fort Worth, TX. This role involves responding to and completing residential service requests promptly, resolving maintenance issues in areas such as A/C, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. The position also includes preparing vacant apartments for market readiness through turn-over repairs and improvements, and maintaining grounds, including common areas, through snow removal and cleaning.
Requirements
- Previous apartment maintenance experience required
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical
- HVAC (EPA) Certification required
- Must be Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
- Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
- Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
- Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
