About The Position
Forest Creek Apartments is now hiring for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor HVAC in Conroe, TX. This role involves responding to and completing residential service requests, resolving maintenance issues in A/C, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair, and preparing vacant apartments for market-ready status. The position also includes grounds maintenance such as snow removal and cleaning common areas, and providing outstanding customer service to residents.
Requirements
- Previous apartment maintenance experience required
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, unit turns, vendor relations.
- EPA Certification
- Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
- Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
- Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
- Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service
