This role is crucial for maintaining our maintenance spare storage area, ensuring effective parts identification and accurate inventory counts in collaboration with the MRO/Planner.

Requirements

Completion of high school education or Trade School Diploma
0-1 years of Maintenance experience or completed Trade School

Responsibilities

Monitor daily physical inventory levels of critical components and adjust in accordance with standardized criteria.
Update CMMS system linking inventory to equipment and ensure accuracy of the information on inventory items in CMMS.
Inform requisitioner when parts are received for non-stock items and distribute.
Create repair material report in CMMS for all parts/components out for repair and arrange for shipment and customs documentation.
Work in compliance with health and safety-related legislation and company’s health and safety program.
Provide an example for others by always performing work in a safe manner; Follow company’s health and safety policy and procedures.
Report all incidents, injuries, illnesses, and near misses and complete thorough investigations to identify corrective actions.
