Wickenburg Ranch Club, located in Wickenburg, AZ, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Maintenance Staff! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Requirements

• Able to climb a ladder.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation, including, but not limited to, electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of the exterior of the facility, including, but not limited to, emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.
• Performs interior and exterior painting.
• Identifies and reports needed supplies to supervisor.
• Cleans windows.
• Performs event setup and teardown.
• Performs other duties as required.
