Requirements
- Must demonstrate care for others and ability to communicate with staff and residents in a professional, but compassionate manner.
- Be detail-oriented to ensure our facility remains presentable and sanitary.
- Have working knowledge of housekeeping and maintenance functions.
- Must have experience in repairing drywall, paint, stain, and refinish.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the facility and its equipment is properly maintained for resident comfort and convenience.
- Follow established safety precautions when performing tasks and when using equipment and supplies.
- Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, etc., as directed, in accordance with established procedures.
- Repair drywall, paint, stain, and refinish.
