WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: This role is ideal for a hands‑on maintenance leader who enjoys developing people, improving reliability, and keeping critical manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently. Contribute to the reliability and performance of the facility by delivering a customer‑focused approach to property maintenance, building systems, and facility services across the Anoka campus. Lead and develop a skilled maintenance team by supervising electricians and maintenance technicians, coordinating daily work, and partnering with external vendors to ensure repairs and preventive maintenance are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Ensure uptime of critical systems by supporting the operation, maintenance, and long‑term reliability of major building, safety, and security systems. Be a visible leader in safety and compliance by partnering closely with the EH&S team to support environmental, safety, and energy compliance initiatives. Coach, mentor, and performance‑manage your team by setting clear expectations, building accountability, and fostering engagement and continuous improvement. Collaborate across the site by working closely with manufacturing, engineering, EH&S, and other departments to prioritize work, coordinate workflows, and lead maintenance and improvement projects. Drive structured maintenance execution by using CMMS tools to plan, track, and improve maintenance activities while balancing daily priorities and longer‑term initiatives. YOU HAVE: Post‑secondary education such as an Associate’s degree, trade school certification, or military technical training preferred. Strong electrical knowledge or background (highly preferred), with the ability to support troubleshooting and system reliability. 2+ years of people‑leadership experience, with ability to hire, train, coach, develop, and evaluate team members through clear expectations and ongoing feedback. Experience working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and operational needs. Hands‑on experience using a CMMS (Maintenance Connection preferred) to manage work orders, preventive maintenance, and asset reliability. Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, safety guidelines, and maintenance documentation. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply. Compensation Range: $76,000.00 - $141,100.00 Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
