About The Position

This position is responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on the Corporate and Transportation facility, covering both interior and exterior structures, systems, and fixtures. Work involves a variety of skilled trades, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, locksmithing, flooring, electrical, welding, mechanical systems, and HVAC.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent or equivalent relevant experience.
One year of experience as a semi-skilled worker in one or more of the basic building maintenance trades.
Knowledge of manual and electrical hand tools.
PC literate with experience with Microsoft Word and Excel and usage of email.
Ability to follow oral and/or written instruction.
Basic math and reading skills to perform job tasks and complete necessary paperwork.
Ability to function with minimal supervision, handle multiple tasks and prioritize daily work.
Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work with others in a professional manner

Responsibilities

Conduct routine daily inspections and maintenance of building interiors and exteriors.
Assist with and perform general maintenance, repair, and construction tasks across the facility.
Support installation, maintenance, and repair work across multiple trades, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, welding, locksmithing, flooring, mechanics, and HVAC.
Inspect property grounds and communicate with management regarding landscaping, cleanup, and general maintenance needs.
Ensure and actively maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Support operational procedures to ensure customer value and regulatory compliance, including ISO standards and Lean Logistics principles.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Participate in all required training programs. Complete assigned work in a timely and professional manner.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Lean Logistics Center.
Maintain accurate preventive maintenance records and schedules.
Perform other related job duties as assigned or required.
