About The Position

We are looking for a Maintenance Specialist to manage lab equipment operations, ensuring equipment and automated systems meet lab testing demands. This role involves close collaboration with lab personnel, engineering teams, and third-party vendors. The position supports Quality Assurance and Manufacturing Plant Biotechnology for North America Row Crop, North America Vegetable, and North America Manufacturing Plant.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
Ability to develop and deploy automated solutions in a lab environment.
Knowledge of basic mechanical systems (electric motors, pneumatics, hydraulics etc.).
Ability to develop a high level of trust within your team, business partners, leadership, and other key stakeholder groups.
Detailed oriented with the ability to multitask in a high throughput environment.
This position may require a change in shift hours.
Weekend and overtime work as required.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree or equivalent certifications in related field.
2+ years of experience working with laboratory equipment.

Responsibilities
