About The Position

We are looking for a Maintenance Specialist to manage lab equipment operations and maintain equipment and automated systems to meet lab testing demands. This role involves close collaboration with lab personnel, other engineering teams, and third-party vendors to support various quality assurance and manufacturing plant operations within North America.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
Ability to develop and deploy automated solutions in a lab environment.
Knowledge of basic mechanical systems (electric motors, pneumatics, hydraulics etc.).
Ability to develop a high level of trust within your team, business partners, leadership, and other key stakeholder groups.
Detailed oriented with the ability to multitask in a high throughput environment.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree or equivalent certifications in a related field.
2+ years of experience working with laboratory equipment.

Responsibilities

Manages lab equipment operations and is responsible for maintaining equipment and automated systems to meet lab testing demands.
Works very closely with lab personnel, other engineering teams, and third party vendors to maintain lab equipment.
Supports Testing North America Row Crop Quality Assurance, North America Vegetable Quality Assurance, and North America Manufacturing Plant Biotechnology.
