Requirements
- High school diploma.
- 3 years in a related occupation.
- 3 years of experience dealing with environmental factors and hazards, including bed bugs, pests, and rodents.
- 3 years of experience patching, repairing, and painting walls.
- 3 years of experience repairing washers and dryers.
- 3 years of experience rodding sewer lines.
- Valid Illinois driver’s license.
- HVAC certification.
- Electrical certification.
Responsibilities
