About The Position
CJ Logistics Americas is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to maintain their logistics center. This role involves a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC. The ideal candidate enjoys diverse work and has a talent for fixing things.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in basic building maintenance trades.
- Skilled with manual and electrical tools.
- Comfortable working at heights (up to 25 feet).
- PC literate, with experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks including carpentry and plumbing to ensure the warehouse operates smoothly.
- Inspect, report, and maintain the workspace to ensure it is clean, safe, and ready for operations.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Adhere to CJ policies and safety regulations to ensure compliance and optimal operation.
