Requirements

• Hands-on experience with general building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, organized, and able to manage changing priorities.
• Safety-focused with great attention to detail.
• A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset.
• Takes initiative and enjoys making things better.

Responsibilities

• Handle general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC-related maintenance.
• Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance and safety needs.
• Respond to maintenance requests and find timely, practical solutions.
• Assist with event setups, maintain accurate maintenance records, and collaborate with employees across the agency.
