About The Position

Texas Health is seeking a Maintenance Specialist Lead to join their team. This role involves contributing to a teamwork environment with excellent mentorship, comprehensive training, and dedicated leadership resources, offering opportunities for growth. The position is based in Fort Worth, TX, and operates from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends and holidays. The role also requires on-call rotation to support the Clearfork facility.

Requirements

• High Diploma or Equivalent required
• 4-year Journeyman or Master level trade License (electrical, plumbing, HVAC Contractor, etc.) required upon hire.
• 1 year of Supervisory or Lead experience required
• DL - Driver’s License Upon Hire required

Nice To Haves

• 3 years’ experience working in a healthcare facility preferred
• Central plant experience with HVAC controls/BAS troubleshooting highly preferred
• Advanced Building Automation System (BAS) expertise higly preferred
• CHFM (Certified Healthcare Facility Manager) is highly preferred
