Maintenance Specialist Lead
About The Position
The Maintenance Specialist Lead is responsible for field operations and technical execution, cross-functional system integration, financial responsibility, technical vendor and contractor engineering oversight, and safety operations & regulatory engineering. This role contributes to the delivery of high-quality patient care through nursing education, nursing research, and innovations in nursing practice within a supportive, team environment with outstanding opportunities for growth. Requirements
- High Diploma or Equivalent required
- 4-year Journeyman or Master level trade License (electrical, plumbing, HVAC Contractor, etc.) required upon hire.
- 1 year of Supervisory or Lead experience required
- DL - Driver’s License Upon Hire required
Nice To Haves
- 3 years’ experience working in a healthcare facility preferred
- Central plant experience with HVAC controls/BAS troubleshooting highly preferred
- Advanced Building Automation System (BAS) expertise highly preferred
- CHFM (Certified Healthcare Facility Manager) is highly preferred
