About The Position

The Maintenance Specialist III supports Univest’s facilities and property management operations by performing a wide range of general maintenance and repair services across Univest locations. This role requires a hands-on, safety-minded professional who can troubleshoot issues, complete minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting work, and help maintain exterior grounds as needed. The position involves independent decision-making, dependable transportation between sites, and schedule flexibility to meet day-to-day operational needs.

Requirements

• Able to handle minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs.
• Minor carpentry and painting experience.
• Exterior buildings and grounds maintenance experience
• Work with minimal supervision and make sound judgments.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record is essential along with the ability to drive in all weather conditions.
• Must have the stamina to lift/carry 75 lbs. or more.
• Willingness to be flexible with day-to-day routine and hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance for all Univest locations.
• Accountable for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to this position including the Univest Code of Conduct.
• Substitute/Back-up Mail Center Specialists, as trained.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
