The Maintenance Specialist I will manage and optimize workforce scheduling, ensure compliance with fatigue management requirements and applicable labor agreements, analyze workforce data, and generate reports. This position will also coordinate travel, training, medicals, and certifications for maintenance personnel, maintain workforce calendars, overtime lists, and staffing plans. Additionally, the role provides administrative and technical support to Maintenance leadership, supports outage activities, and handles documentation, reporting, and records management for maintenance operations.
