Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
• Must be enrolled in HVAC-R Program

Nice To Haves

• Associates Degree preferred
• Building Maintenance and/or HVAC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• On the job training with an experience HVAC-R Technician.
• Maintains and repairs specialty building items
• Assists and acts as a resource for other maintenance staff with regard to specialty building material, problems, and issues.
• Utilizes appropriate hand and power tools and test equipment related to maintenance or specialty.
• Reads, interprets, & utilizes blueprints and schematics as required for job performance.
• Maintains and stocks appropriate inventories. Orders parts & supplies as needed.
• Performs preventative maintenance as assigned.
