How you’ll contribute A Maintenance Specialist Extern who excels in this role: On the job training with an experience HVAC-R Technician. Maintains and repairs specialty building items Assists and acts as a resource for other maintenance staff with regard to specialty building material, problems, and issues. Utilizes appropriate hand and power tools and test equipment related to maintenance or specialty. Reads, interprets, & utilizes blueprints and schematics as required for job performance. Maintains and stocks appropriate inventories. Orders parts & supplies as needed. Performs preventative maintenance as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
• Must be enrolled in HVAC-R Program

Nice To Haves

• Associates Degree preferred
• Building Maintenance and/or HVAC experience preferred.
