The Maintenance Clerk provides administrative support to the maintenance function. This role is responsible for ensuring the availability of parts in a cost-effective manner, maintaining fleet records, and inputting fleet information into the computerized fleet management system daily. The clerk may also act as a point of contact with vendors, prepare purchase orders, and process transactions using ePro. Responsibilities include receiving, tagging, stocking, and dispensing parts, reviewing purchase orders with accounting, and producing productivity and usage reports. The position also involves reconciling financial data, supporting the Fleet Manager with analysis of fleet operations reports, resolving data errors, and potentially assisting with parts organization and inventory.
