The Maintenance Clerk provides administrative support to the maintenance function. This role is responsible for ensuring the availability of parts in a cost-effective manner, maintaining fleet records, and inputting fleet information into the computerized fleet management system daily. The clerk may also act as a point of contact with vendors, prepare truck purchase orders, receive and stock parts, and review purchase orders with accounting. Additionally, the position involves producing various reports, following safety policies, reconciling financial data, and supporting the Fleet Manager with analysis of fleet operations reports. Other job-related duties may be assigned.
