MAINTENANCE SERVICE TECHNICIAN
About The Position
Arlington Properties is hiring a Maintenance Service Technician at Tapestry Headwaters in Kissimmee, Florida. The technician helps maintain the property and prepare apartments for residents by completing repairs, preventative maintenance, inspections, and upkeep of grounds and common areas. The work includes light plumbing and electrical repairs, painting, HVAC support, appliance repair, pool upkeep, and seasonal tasks. The technician also responds to work orders and remains available for emergency maintenance needs. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience, such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or HVAC.
- Proficiency in at least one major trade area.
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions.
- Excellent communication and professionalism with residents and team members.
- Availability for flexible schedules, including weekends and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities
- Prepare vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
