About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Service Manager to oversee a condominium’s building systems, common areas, mechanical equipment, and maintenance staff. A valid Black Seal Boiler Operator License is required.
Requirements
- Valid Black Seal Boiler Operator License
- At least five years of commercial or residential building maintenance experience
- Three years of supervisory experience
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Basic carpentry, drywall, and painting abilities
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements and safe work practices
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance technology
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

- Technical or trade school education preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee HVAC, boilers, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and life safety systems.
- Perform and coordinate repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
- Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff.
- Respond to resident maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
- Participate in emergency on-call coverage, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
