About The Position

Solution One is seeking a Maintenance Scheduler for our clients Fort Stewart, GA location. The successful candidate will have outstanding skills and will be committed to working with others to deliver best-in-class, unparalleled excellence in customer service and satisfaction. This position is responsible for scheduling all repairs, preventative maintenance to include initial and final inspections of vehicles and heavy tactical equipment. The role involves inspecting vehicles for damage, explaining service records, and processing vehicles in and out for maintenance. Additionally, the scheduler will create repair orders, document customer complaints, provide accurate estimates of repair costs and time frames, maintain organized records, and ensure timely servicing of vehicles. Follow-up during and after repairs is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

Knowledgeable of all maintenance terms.
Extremely knowledgeable in U.S. Army maintenance procedures on Heavy Tactical Equipment.
Ability to receive a favorable TIER-1 investigation result and obtain and maintain a CAC.
Ability to pass Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Screening.
Must have an active and valid Driver’s License.
Minimum of a High School Diploma / GED.
4+ years’ experience maintaining and scheduling vehicle maintenance.
GCSS-Army preferred.

Responsibilities

Scheduling all repairs and preventative maintenance for vehicles and heavy tactical equipment.

Inspecting vehicles for damage and noting any existing damage.
Explaining service records.
Processing vehicles in and out for maintenance.
Creating repair orders and documenting customer complaints.
Providing accurate estimates of repair costs and time frames.
Maintaining records in an organized manner.
Ensuring that vehicles are serviced in a timely manner.
Following up during and after repairs are performed.
