About The Position

Work Schedule: 100% FTE, full-time. Day shift, Monday - Friday 7a - 3:30p. Weekends and Holidays as needed. You will work at the UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related study.
Five (5) years progressively responsible maintenance, operations, safety, and emergency management experience, with at least three (3) years in a supervisory capacity.
Must possess a current, valid driver’s license issued by the individual’s state of residence.
Must be at least 21 years old and have a minimum of three (3) years of driving experience to operate a Personal Vehicle, Patient/Visitor Vehicle, or standard UW Health Fleet Vehicle.

Nice To Haves

Master’s Degree in Business Management or Administration.
Five (5) years of supervisory experience in healthcare maintenance, operations, safety, and emergency management.
Certification through a state, national facilities or similar organization.
