About The Position

Monarch Investment is hiring a Maintenance Rover to support 14 apartment communities across North St. Louis County. This role is ideal for someone ready to travel between sites and build their career with a stable, growing company. The position does not require on-call duties.

Requirements

• EPA Universal Certification strongly preferred
• HVAC troubleshooting/repair experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working outdoors and traveling between sites
• 1+ years in multi-family maintenance preferred
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check and Drug Screening

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC repairs (split systems, PTACs, boilers, etc.)
• Conduct unit make-readies, service requests & general maintenance
• Perform preventive maintenance, power washing, landscaping, and snow removal
• Support special projects and assist other site teams as needed
• Apply paint & stain to both interior and exterior surfaces
• Perform drywalling including painting and carpentry
• Work with plumbing systems including sweating copper piping
• Work with electrical systems including outlets, switches, and light fixtures
• Repair and diagnose appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves, and garbage disposals
• Service water heaters for both gas and electric systems
