Requirements

• Two years of experience in general maintenance work which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities.
• Possession of a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License.
• Meet the PA residency requirement.
• Able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine upkeep on buildings, restrooms, and park infrastructure
• Clean public areas, collect waste material, and maintain lawns and landscaped spaces
• Operate and maintain park machinery including mowers, tractors, trimmers, and skid steers
• Assist with electrical and mechanical repairs for the park fountain and reflecting pool
• Remove snow and clear debris from walkways and wharfs during severe weather
• Use basic masonry, plumbing, electrical, and irrigation knowledge for maintenance tasks
