Requirements
- Two years of experience in general maintenance work which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities.
- Possession of a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License.
- Ability to perform essential job functions.
Responsibilities
- Carry out basic building, framing, masonry, plumbing, electrical, and repair tasks for structures and equipment
- Assist with planning, estimating, and selecting materials and tools needed for assigned projects
- Use motorized and non-motorized hand tools safely and correctly to complete assigned work
- Perform routine adjustments, minor repairs, and cleaning to keep equipment in safe working condition
- Follow safety procedures, report hazards, and help maintain a safe work area for yourself and others
- Follow environmental protection standards and complete required environmental training
