Part-time Maintenance Punch Tech
About The Position
Athos Properties Group is seeking a Part-time Maintenance Punch Technician (MPT) for our Eastwood Oaks Apartments (104 units) in Hilliard, FL. The ideal candidate should be able to interact with residents, prospects, fellow co-workers and vendors. Must be able to demonstrate basic aptitude in apartment maintenance related areas and follow company policies and procedures. The MPT should have a high school diploma or equivalent and special training and/or experience in one or more of the following areas: HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Appliance Repair. The MPT is responsible for timely completion (24 hours) of service requests as assigned by his Supervisor. Other duties include ongoing preventative maintenance, make ready maintenance, and other duties and projects deemed necessary by management. Participation in the maintenance on-call rotation is required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
