About The Position

The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining and repairing rental units, equipment and buildings. The successful candidate will have experience in property maintenance and be able to perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. The Maintenance Mechanic will work closely with the property management team to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and in good repair.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to pass random drug screening

Nice To Haves

• Additional course work or vocational/trade school helpful
• One year experience as a Maintenance Mechanic
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance and troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Maintain ground keeping and repair of rental units, equipment and buildings
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Work closely with the property management team to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and in good repair
